$26.44 - $31.25 per hour + bonus Position Overview LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to support day-to-day logistics operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is responsible for managing order flow, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery through third-party logistics partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, has strong communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. Key Responsibilities Manage daily order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Coordinate and schedule deliveries with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to maintain efficient shipping flow Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors and clients regarding order status, shipment updates, and inquiries Monitor shipments and proactively address delays, discrepancies, and service issues Track, investigate, and resolve lost or damaged shipments, including filing and managing carrier claims Ensure compliance with shipping requirements, routing guides, and service-level expectations Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, purchasing, customer service) to support smooth logistics operations Maintain accurate records, shipping documentation, and system updates related to orders and deliveries Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce errors Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or a related field Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or similar is preferred
Pay Details:
