About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Logistics & Administrative Specialists to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. This role sits at the center of our business, coordinating freight, keeping our customers and carriers on schedule, and making sure the office runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Do Carrier coordination & truck dispatch/dispatching: quoting, load scheduling/route planning, freight/shipment tracking to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) Post loads to a load board at current market rates while prioritizing a list of preferred freight carriers Manage pickup/delivery appointments and ensure pertinent documentation goes out on time Review logistics invoices for accuracy and ensure timely payment Be a go-to point of contact for customer calls and inquiries using a multi-line phone system Order and maintain office/warehouse supplies inventory Support HR administration: onboarding/new hire paperwork, scheduling, employee file maintenance, and compliance basics Maintain safety and compliance documentation (safety binder, SDS binder, equipment licensing, etc.) Manage day-to-day office tasks Enter and maintain inventory receiving documentation Track forklift maintenance and equipment upkeep What We're Looking For Detail-oriented; Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong time management: comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Great communication and interpersonal skills; a team player with a positive attitude A self-starter who can problem-solve and keep things moving without constant oversight Logistics or freight trucking coordination/dispatching experience is a big plus, but we're flexible for the right person Comfortable with general Microsoft office and google software (Outlook, Excel, Word, sheets, etc.) What We Offer Competitive salary Full benefits package: health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) A genuinely fun, supportive, laid-back team culture Real opportunity for growth as our company continues to rapidly expand in a stable, growing industry Location While the role currently reports to an office in Clymer, PA, the office will be shifting to a new location in Blairsville, PA by year-end, 2026.
