We're seeking a Night Shift Logistics Scheduling Assistant to join our client's fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA. In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless communication, optimal workflow, and on-time loading. What You'll Do Serve as the central hub for all warehouse functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Communicate effectively with warehouse associates and jockey drivers to maintain workflow efficiency. Assign work according to the outbound schedule to ensure timely loading and shipment. Collaborate closely with the logistics supervisor and report directly to the warehouse manager.
What We're Looking For Knowledge & Experience:
Understanding of shipping and receiving practices. Ability to quickly analyze information and solve problems under pressure. Familiarity with SAP/DLX and Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional multitasking and attention to detail. Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate others. Reliability, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are essential.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; education in supply chain or logistics preferred. At least one year of administrative and related experience is required. Steel-toe shoes required when in the warehouse. Reliable transportation is mandatory. Be part of a dynamic team with room to develop your skills!
Assignment Length:
6+ months temporary - could be a great foot in the door!
Competitive Pay:
$20/hour plus a $3/hour shift differential.
Schedule:
 Friday- Sunday 6pm-6am Please note: this company processes food items containing wheat.
