PM Pay:

$25.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience Horwith Trucks, Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, dependable team player who is interested in building a long-term career in the hazardous materials transportation industry . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. While previous dispatching or hazmat transportation experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to grow with our company. As a Dispatcher, you will be an important part of our daily transportation operations, working closely with drivers, customers, and management to coordinate loads and keep our operation running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily loads and customer deliveries Communicate regularly with drivers regarding schedules, load information, delays, and customer requirements Assist with load planning, scheduling, and route coordination Monitor transportation activities and help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable transportation requirements Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling and service needs Maintain accurate dispatch records and transportation documentation Work closely with drivers, customers, and management to troubleshoot and resolve issues Learn the requirements and procedures associated with hazardous materials and hazardous waste transportation Help support a safe, efficient, and customer-focused transportation operation What We're Looking For Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with computers and learning transportation software Able to work independently while also being a strong team player Willing and eager to learn the hazmat transportation industry Previous dispatching, trucking, transportation, or logistics experience is preferred but not required Hazardous materials or hazardous waste transportation experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Horwith Trucks offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including: $25.00 and up, based on experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match and Profit Sharing Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Coverage Employee Assistance Program Employee Discounts Stable, family-owned work environment Opportunity to learn and grow within the transportation industry Join Our Team If you are dependable, motivated, and looking for more than just a job, this could be an opportunity to build a long-term career in a specialized area of the transportation industry .
