Position Summary:

Serve as the primary customer contact for aftermarket order management, supporting rush orders, vehicle-off-road (VOR) situations, order tracking, and logistics coordination. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve order issues, expedite shipments, and deliver exceptional support to dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders and logistics inquiries from availability through delivery Resolve order discrepancies, stock issues, delays, and escalations Lead critical uptime and machine-down support cases Coordinate with service, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams Recommend alternatives for backordered products Support process improvements and enhance the customer experience Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
