Prospect new shipper accounts through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals Build and maintain an active sales pipeline Quote freight rates for truckload and less-than-truckload shipments Negotiate pricing with prospective and existing customers Coordinate with carrier sales and operations teams to provide reliable customer service Attend regional networking and industry events Meet or exceed monthly outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
