About the role GulfSouth Outdoor Living delivers hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunges across the Southeast. This role owns the schedule — everything on it. Deliveries, service calls, and every sale that comes off an expo floor runs through this seat. Reports directly to the President. What you'll do Own the master schedule: deliveries, service calls, and all orders sold at expo events Schedule and route delivery crews daily Schedule service calls and coordinate technician routes Track every order from factory to warehouse to driveway — production status, inbound shipments, warehouse arrivals Book and coordinate outside carriers and freight; verify paperwork and delivery windows Turn show sales into scheduled deliveries — contact expo customers and get dates on the calendar Maintain the active delivery tracker so status is accurate at all times Call active delivery customers weekly with updates — we are voice-first, not email-first Return customer calls within 30 minutes during scheduled hours Coordinate load-outs and returns for expo events across the region Hold crews to on-site time standards and document exceptions What we're looking for 3+ years of delivery scheduling experience 3+ years of direct customer communication Comfortable on the phone all day — with customers, drivers, and technicians Organized under pressure; can juggle a moving calendar without dropping anyone Solid with spreadsheets and scheduling software Direct communicator who follows up without being chased How we work Five values, no exceptions: Wellness First. Hybrid:
Monday through Thursday on-site in Alabaster, Sunday remote from home. Our expos run on weekends, so Sunday is when new show sales get scheduled — you'll work that day by phone from wherever you are. Daily hours are flexible. $18-$22 per hour, based on experience. Reports to the President.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
