Updated 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Maintain and update Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOMs) and Material Master (MM) attributes within PTC Windchill Product Lifecycle Management systems. Support manufacturing data integrity by resolving cross-site data errors, improving part attribute quality, and ensuring consistency across structured database environments. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, component engineers, and master data analysts to strengthen database accuracy, support automation efforts, and enable cross-functional manufacturing execution.   • Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years of work-related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical skills with experience with databases and structured data management
  • Experience with manufacturing or military specification environments
  • Experience with PLM software, preferably PTC Windchill
  • Technical background with the ability to solve technical system errors and data mismatches with minimal direction
  • Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
  • STEM degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with PTC Windchill and MPMLink software
  • Experience working with manufacturer technical datasheets (TDS)
  • Experience collecting, compiling, and maintaining structured database records
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical skills for resolving data integrity issues across systems Job Duties & Functions
  • Maintain Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOM) and Material Master data within PLM systems
  • Update and validate part attribute data across manufacturing databases
  • Resolve cross-site data inconsistencies and system-level data errors
  • Support Manufacturing Engineers with database administration and data accuracy needs
  • Improve and refine database automation processes through feedback and analysis
  • Generate metrics and reports related to manufacturing data quality
  • Provide training and support to engineers on PLM system usage and data standards
  • Coordinate with component engineers and master data analysts to ensure data integrity
  • Support 1LMX transition initiatives through improved data stewardship practices Physical Requirements & Environment
