Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior SAP Fashion Consultant (AFS / FMS) to lead and optimize our fashion retail operations through advanced SAP solutions. Duties Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP Fashion Management (FMS) modules to streamline merchandising, inventory control, and product lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, marketing, and finance to develop integrated solutions aligned with business requirements. Manage vendor relationships through effective negotiation of contracts, vendor contract management, and supplier management experience to ensure optimal pricing and service levels. Conduct detailed data analysis using SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to interpret sales trends, demand planning insights, and industry developments for strategic decision-making. Oversee procurement activities including sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order management, and procurement category management to support inventory needs and reduce costs. Utilize industry-leading merchandising software and ERP systems to enhance product development processes and improve process efficiencies. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by analyzing supply chain analytics, logistics workflows, and inventory management practices to optimize supply chain performance. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement experience, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a retail or fashion environment. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets (Excel), data interpretation, and data mining techniques. Extensive knowledge of industry trends related to fashion retail operations, category management, merchandising software, and ERP systems. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple priorities. Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on vendor relationship management and direct negotiation procurement strategies. Financial acumen with experience in profit & loss analysis, pricing strategies, demand planning, and financial analysis experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel for advanced data visualization and process documentation. Familiarity with logistics operations, inventory control systems, supply chain analytics, and industry-specific software solutions. Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning within a fast-paced environment.
