You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday. ____________________

June 2, 2027 - August 13, 2027 (~11 weeks) Potential Locations Milwaukee, WI (HQ) Rosemont, IL Marengo, IL Arlington, TX East Aurora, NY Simi Valley, CA Position Overview The Regal Rexnord Supply Chain Internship Program offers students meaningful, hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment. Interns will build functional and technical expertise while contributing to real business priorities across areas such as Corporate Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement, Operational Purchasing, Logistics/Transportation Services, and Operations/Warehouse Materials Management. What You'll Do Through project-based assignments, interns will gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes, develop analytical and problem-solving skills, and learn how supply chain decisions impact customers, operations, and business performance. The program also provides opportunities to present work to peers and senior Supply Chain leaders, receive mentorship from program leaders, and build professional connections across the organization. Required Skills & Qualifications Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Completed at least two years of full-time study or equivalent academic progress Previous internship, co-op, project, or work experience preferred, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to work with data, extract insights from business systems, and create meaningful reports Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support recommendations and business decisions Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize work, and contribute to projects from planning through execution Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence others without authority Adaptable and eager to take on stretch assignments in a changing business environment Interpersonal & Leadership Skills Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn and contribute Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to share updates and present recommendations clearly Professional, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment Why Join Regal Rexnord? Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors,including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience,education and internal peer compensation comparisons. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
