Job Description
Logistics Coordinator Summerville, SC Up to $26/hour DOE Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, orders, and transportation-related inquiries Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively resolve service issues Maintain accurate order and shipment records within internal systems Utilize advanced Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis tools, to manage and analyze operational data Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipment status, performance metrics, and operational trends Collaborate with internal departments, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving shipments, inventory, or billing Qualifications 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment High level of accuracy and attention to detail Experience with logistics, transportation management, or ERP systems is a plus Logistics Customer Service
