Laptops with a little life left, monitors that just need a cable, servers that only need a wipe & a second owner. Somebody has to go get them before they hit a landfill. That somebody is you. Nothing we do happens until the hardware shows up. You're the front of the whole operation. You're the reason the sorting tables have something to sort, the reason the techs have something to fix, and the reason a county's old equipment ends up back in someone's hands instead of buried in the ground. Our purpose is repurpose, and recovery is where it starts. You're also the only face a lot of our clients ever see. When you walk into a county convenience center or a corporate office, you are City eWaste that day. That's a real responsibility, and we hire for people who get that. The role No two days look the same. You might be at a county facility in the morning & backed into a corporate loading dock by afternoon. You'll plan your own routes, drive our box trucks across Middle Tennessee, move pallets, work with clients on site, & bring it all home clean. This is a ground-floor seat. We're small & growing nationwide franchise, and the people who show up early and do the work right are the people who grow with us. There's a real path here into Logistics or Fleet Operations leadership as we scale. Not a someday-maybe. A door that's actually open. We want someone reliable, sharp, and safe. Someone who treats the truck like it's theirs, treats the client like it matters, & treats the mission like it's worth doing right. If that's you, keep reading. No CDL required Comfort driving a 24 ft box truck in tight spaces, loading docks, & urban areas Experience with pallet jacks & lift gates The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, repeatedly, throughout the day Strong situational awareness & a real attention to safety A friendly, respectful, professional way with clients Reliability & punctuality, and the ability to run your day independently Comfort with a smartphone & basic tech for navigation & our fleet management tools Nice to have Experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse work Forklift certification or experience Familiarity with Middle TN geography Experience working with municipal or government clients A feel for box truck load balancing & securement Previous customer-facing service experience What we offer $20.00-$24.90/hour to start, with a performance-based raise after your 90-day review Paid Time Off for full-time employees Paid holidays & paid sick time Employee stock ownership plan, employee stock purchase plan, & profit sharing Flexible scheduling within normal operating hours Employee discount on refurbished equipment Complimentary snacks & drinks Clear routes, clear systems, clear expectations.
