Responsibilities:

Maintain sales orders to ensure they are updated as engineering changes are implemented. Attend meetings as a representative of the team to exchange information with other departments. Provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date order status to requestors via email, database tools, verbally, or other methods. Report proactive order status in times of heavy backlog or longer than expected lead times. Processes Internal orders, No Charge orders, and other non-standard orders and ensures timely shipment and reporting. Ensure sales orders are rescheduled and shipments are processed as material becomes available. Work with Customer Service Reps globally to ensure order accuracy, and timely removal of delivery blocks preventing shipment or billing blocks preventing invoicing. Adapt to changing priorities, multi-task, and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties. This is a full time, contract opportunity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Monitors daily backlogs of orders/deliveries shipping processing non-standard orders. Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets/documents in Microsoft Word/Excel. Provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date order status to requestors via email, database tools, verbally, or other methods High School diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) required. Some level of further education/formal training preferred. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in similar role Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets/documents in Microsoft Word/Excel.

Pay range:
