We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our team as we scale. The Role We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and isn't afraid to wear multiple hats. You'll be a core part of our daily operations, working directly with carriers and customers to keep freight moving smoothly. This role is entry-level, but potential to grow with our company. What You'll Do
  • Appointment Setting:
  • Coordinate and schedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers, receivers, and carriers
  • Load Building:
  • Build and organize loads in our TMS, ensuring accuracy on rates, lanes, and load details
  • Track & Trace:
  • Proactively monitor shipments in transit, update statuses, and flag potential delays before they become problems
  • Customer Communication:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, providing shipment updates, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Carrier Communication:
  • Check in with drivers/carriers throughout transit to confirm ETAs and gather POD/paperwork
  • Problem Solving:
  • Handle day-of issues (delays, detention, appointment changes) calmly and quickly
