There are many career opportunities on our distribution team! Responsibilities Direct to Consumer Specialist department is looking for Pickers/Packers/Loaders to join our e-commerce team! As a Picker/Packer/Loader, you will utilize cutting-edge technology and powered equipment to pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that every package meets our high standards. Your attention to detail will be essential as you navigate computer-based programs to streamline order processing and exceed customer expectations. Shifts:
Sunday- Wednesday (6am
- 4:30pm) or Thursday
- Saturday (6am
- 6:30pm) Ability to follow standardized work as it relates to picking, packing, laoding and cutting procedures Ability to consistently meet time-based productivity standards Utilizes the voice picking system to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently Ensures the correct quantity and quality of items are picked/packed for each order according to established procedures Comfortable working in multi-level picking modules and around conveyor systems Maintains a safe work area, adhering to safety policies and procedures Adheres to standardized work as it relates to picking (less than case and full case), packing and cutting procedures Supports and works in various departments throughout the Distribution Center Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to work in a load completed customer packages Maintains inventory accuracy throughout the Distribution Center Replenishment and Putaway Specialist at The Container Store, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our inventory is always stocked and organized for seamless operations.

Sunday- Wednesday (6am
- 4:30pm), Monday
- Friday (7am
- 3:30pm) or Thursday
- Saturday (6am
- 6:30pm) Responsible for timely and accurately relocating inventory from the Receiving dock to either open-air reserve locations or active pick locations Responsible for using a manual pallet jack and operating multiple pieces of warehouse powered equipment (walkie rider, stock chaser, stand up forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck) to perform putaway tasks in multi-level pick modules Utilize handheld devices to receive replenishment and putaway tasks Ability to maneuver equipment, navigating aisles, and using the lift mechanism to reach high racks.

- 3:30pm) Maintains accuracy while pulling, packing and loading product Utilizes voice picking to accurately fulfill customer or store replenishment orders Understands all areas of the outbound process, including Direct to Customer (e-commerce) and Store Replenishment Receives, inspects, processes and accepts merchandise into the Distribution Center Checks in freight and ensures accuracy of products received Stows product throughout the Distribution Center ensuring accuracy Operates motorized and non-motorized equipment (certification required) Consistently meets all Labor Management and productivity standards Maintains a clean and safe Distribution Center, adhering to safety policies and procedures Trains and supports other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment Arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information Inbound Specialist is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and accurately processing merchandise into the Distribution Center, ensuring product is available for storage and replenishment operations.

- 3:30pm) Receives, inspects, processes, and accepts merchandise into the Distribution Center Checks in freight and verifies the accuracy and condition of products received Stows product throughout the Distribution Center while maintaining inventory accuracy Utilizes warehouse systems and scanning technology to process inbound merchandise Understands all areas of the inbound process, including receiving, putaway, and inventory control Operates motorized and non-motorized equipment (certification required) Consistently meets all Labor Management and productivity standards Maintains a clean and safe Distribution Center, adhering to safety policies and procedures Trains and supports other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment Arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information Qualifications We believe in taking care of our team.
