Seeking a Korean Bilingual Logistics Specialist with strong experience in international Air, Ocean, and OTR freight operations to manage end-to-end logistics activities for a global supply chain operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and monitor Air Import, Ocean Import, and OTR shipments. Coordinate with ports, terminals, airports, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, customs holds, and other exceptions. Manage transload warehouse capacity, KPIs, and operational issues. Schedule and dispatch TL outbound shipments through TMS. Maintain shipment documentation, IOD/POD, and compliance records. Support routing, load consolidation, and transportation cost optimization. Communicate with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Requirements:

Based in Coppell; will work from Plano ~2 days/week for meetings Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 6+ years of logistics/freight forwarding experience. Strong hands-on experience in Air, Ocean, and OTR operations. Experience with transload warehouse operations and TL dispatch. Knowledge of international freight, customs, and compliance requirements. Experience with

SAP, TMS, WMS

, or similar logistics systems. Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Korean & English bilingual required. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
