Full-time We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vacuum Braze Furnace Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for loading, operating, monitoring, and unloading an industrial vacuum braze furnace used in the manufacturing of metal products. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or machine operating experience, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working with industrial equipment and high-temperature processes. Previous vacuum furnace, brazing, or heat-treating experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided. Primary Responsibilities Set up and operate vacuum braze furnace equipment according to established procedures and work instructions. Properly load and unload parts, fixtures, and assemblies into and out of the furnace. Select and run established furnace recipes and production cycles. Monitor furnace temperature, vacuum levels, cycle times, and other operating parameters throughout the brazing process. Monitor heating, brazing, and cooling cycles to ensure proper furnace operation. Verify furnace conditions and process parameters before starting production cycles. Inspect parts before and after furnace processing for visible defects or abnormalities. Accurately complete production paperwork and maintain required furnace and process records. Monitor furnace equipment for proper operation and immediately report equipment alarms, leaks, unusual conditions, or process issues. Perform basic cleaning and routine operator-level maintenance of furnace equipment and surrounding work areas. Safely handle metal components, furnace fixtures, and production materials. Follow established quality procedures to ensure products meet manufacturing requirements. Follow all company safety procedures when working around high-temperature and vacuum furnace equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other production duties as needed. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or GED desired; or one to three years of related manufacturing, machine operating, furnace, heat-treating, or production experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous vacuum furnace, brazing, or heat-treating experience is a plus. Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred. Basic computer skills are a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable operating industrial equipment. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to monitor multiple process parameters. Must be able to follow written work instructions and established furnace recipes. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods and work around high-temperature equipment. Must be able to produce valid identification. Drug test required. Schedule 1st Shift Monday
