Possible face-to-face interview Take the next step in your supply chain career with an opportunity to play a key role in material replenishment, inventory optimization, supplier coordination, and end-to-end flow management .

What You'll Do:

Manage material replenishment for raw materials and finished goods using MRP to balance resource and demand. Execute the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) process and maintain stock parameters to support service-level objectives. Manage the purchase order portfolio, analyze stock discrepancies, and coordinate necessary adjustments. Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders through ERP processes and ensure alignment with forecasts. Monitor and act on MRP exceptions , working directly with suppliers to expedite deliveries when needed. Manage customer request workflows, purchase order acknowledgements, advance shipping notifications, and invoice discrepancies. Monitor back orders, shortages, stock coverage, and overall stock health to maintain material availability. Coordinate transportation modes and work with logistics teams to track shipments. Serve as a key supplier contact while collaborating with Downstream Planning, Upstream Planning, Supply & Inventory, Warehouse, and Transportation/Logistics teams . Analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and support initiatives that improve inventory management and material flow.
