USA-Katy, TX is seeking for a Logistic Coordinator to assist with order processing, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
Qualifications:
A. Proficient in Microsoft Office products B. Familiar with the UPS shipping software and an ERP system of some type. Understand procurement through shipping business processes C. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft CRM Dynamics and SharePoint is helpful D. Must be highly organized, able to multi-task and manage projects. Self-starter E. Detail oriented F. Problem solver, understand how situations vary from customer to customer is essential to this position. Comfort speaking with customers
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Create order for picking in SAP B. Process orders for shipping in SAP C. Process production orders in SAP D. Scheduling pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, hotshot, LTL carriers) E. Receiving inbound purchase orders (PO's) and allocating parts to orders when available for shipping F. Look up information from customer purchase orders (PO's) in SAP and/or retrieve information from various departments for customer orders G. Retrieve information in regards to vendor purchase orders (PO's) from the Procurement Department in NEAC H. Answer questions for various departments i.e. Inside sales, outside sales, technical, or NEAH I. Have a good understanding of the necessary documentation for international shipments Packing list Proforma invoice Certificate of Origin Bill of Lading SLI (Shipper Letter of Instruction) J. Process physical inventory through SAP when necessary / inventory adjustments K. Receive repair Return material authorizations (RDN's) after quantities have been verified by warehouse personnel L. Answer phone calls M. Send and reply to emails N. Clarification with UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders, & LTL carriers
