We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-started with the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the organization. This position partners with Customer Service, Sales, Maintenance, Safety, and Administration to ensure seamless operations between drivers, customers and office personnel. Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Communications with drivers, dispatch, planning, safety, maintenance, and admin via phone and email Routing and planning drivers and equipment Monitoring driver compliance regulations and planning according to meet schedules and deadlines. Provide excellent customer service to ensure all loads deliver safely and on time. Assisting drivers with any issues encountered throughout their shift. Broker freight to other carriers. Planning routes for drivers.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or any related field or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management. Microsoft Office expericance. Excellet written and oral communications skills. Must be detail oriented and proficient at Multi-tasking. This position requires some after-hours/ weekend on call duties. More information will be provided during application process.

8 hour shift On Call Weekend availability Spend a few days in Michigan for training
