Job Description
Job Overview Laredo ProSource (LPS) is hiring an Operations Coordinator to lead daily warehouse operations supporting our Amazon logistics account. You'll manage a team of 7-15 direct reports, keep operations running on schedule, and help us hit our performance targets every shift.
HOURS:
2:00 AM - 11 AM Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping) to meet Amazon SLA and volume targets- Supervise and develop a team of 7-15 direct reports
- Monitor KPIs and drive corrective action when targets are missed
- Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling, including Saturday coverage
- Serve as point of contact with Amazon account representatives
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Prepare operational reports for leadership Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations management
- Experience managing direct reports and shift teams
- Must be able to reliably work 2 AM start times, Monday-Saturday
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- WMS experience and familiarity with Amazon operations a plus
