Mobile Addiction Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is looking for a motivated Manager in Training (MIT) who enjoys sales, takes initiative, and wants to grow into a leadership role. You'll work directly with customers while learning how to coach a team, manage daily store operations, and drive store performance. Compensation $12/hour base pay plus individual sales commission. Estimated total earnings of $14
- 17/hour , depending on sales performance.
Opportunity to advance into a Store Manager position with increased base pay and eligibility for monthly store performance bonuses. What You'll Do Sell wireless service, phones, accessories, device protection, and home internet by understanding each customer's needs. Work toward individual sales goals and help the team achieve store goals. Learn to coach employees, communicate expectations, and follow up on performance. Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and store organization. Participate in flyering, local outreach, and social media activities to attract customers. Resolve customer concerns professionally and follow company policies. Stay productive during slower periods through outreach, training, cleaning, and organizing. What We're Looking For Retail sales or customer service experience; wireless experience and prior leadership experience are a plus. Strong communication skills and an interest in developing others. A dependable, accountable person who follows through on commitments. Comfort working toward sales goals and receiving feedback. Initiative—you recognize what needs to be done and take action. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Grow With Us This is a hands-on sales position with management development.
