Supply Chain Coordinator -

Distribution Center Location:

Laredo, TX (On-site)

Contract:

12 months Position Summary Seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support Distribution Center operations within a 3PL warehouse environment, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support efficient DC operations Monitor daily activity and resolve operational issues to maintain workflow Communicate with multiple sites, internal teams, and external partners Partner with transportation providers on timely, accurate shipment movement Arrange expedited/special shipments as needed Identify process improvements to boost supply chain efficiency Track and report KPIs; consolidate data from multiple Excel sources into reports Required Qualifications Strong Excel skills (data consolidation, reporting, analysis) Working knowledge of supply chain/logistics, ideally in a 3PL environment Strong written/verbal communication and multitasking ability Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Prior DC/warehouse operations experience Experience with transportation providers and logistics partners Familiarity with performance metrics and continuous improvement
