LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

$15 - $20/hour Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking an organized and customer-focused Logistics Coordinator for a growing company. This role combines accounts receivable, logistics, customer service, and product return coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create freight quotes for customers.
• Manage Will-Call schedules and prepare for pickup.
• Continuous filing both hard-copy and electronically.
• Enter purchase orders accurately into QuickBooks.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy.
• Heavy data entry.
• Shipping both domestic and international customer orders.
• Provide customer support by phone and email.
• Assist logistics manager with other necessary tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and support general administrative needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Logistics industry is required
• 1-2 years Logistics, inventory, or customer service experience.
• Strong phone, email, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• QuickBooks knowledge is a plus!
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail required.
• Willingness to work in a small office environment.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and work both indoors and outdoors due to Will-Call window.
