Job Summary:

The Logistics Technician is responsible for the accurate handling and transportation of semiconductor materials, including FOUPs/FOSBs, between the fabrication floor and the

T1 AE TEM

rack. This role ensures high-priority samples for failure analysis and tool qualification are delivered safely, accurately, and without contamination. The position requires strict adherence to SOPs and accurate manual transactions within material tracking systems. Logistics Technician:

Special Material Transactions:

Perform accurate system transactions for

FOUP/FOSB

movements to maintain real-time material tracking.

Critical Lab Delivery:

Deliver high-priority samples to the

T1 AE TEM

lab while meeting required timelines.

SOP Compliance:

Follow loading, unloading, scanning, and handling procedures to prevent wafer damage or contamination.

Logistics Coordination:

Work with AE, FE, and MFG teams to manage "Hot Lot" requests and prioritize urgent deliveries.

Equipment Handling:

Safely operate material transport equipment and navigate the fab environment.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies to the lead engineer.

Skills Required:

0-4 years of semiconductor fab, manufacturing, or cleanroom experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling lot IDs and sample labels. Ability to safely handle and transport FOUPs/FOSBs weighing approximately 15-20 lbs. Basic computer skills and ability to use material tracking systems. Strong communication and ability to work with engineers and fab operators. Ability to follow SOPs independently and remain effective in time-sensitive situations.

Education/Training/Certifications:
