• Other duties may be assigned Material Delivery & Scheduling Coordinate with the Procurement Manager to support both planned and unplanned material workflow.

Track, monitor, and deliver materials throughout the IE facility to Point of Use locations, inventory, and/or job carts. Deliver all items received daily from the 4-wheeler trailer to the shop floor, ensuring the trailer is empty by the end of the day. Deliver materials requested by production floor line leads or Project Managers directly to the appropriate individual and obtain required sign-off. Maintain the Material Request Queue and ensure materials are delivered promptly to will-call or the shop floor. When necessary, PM/Final employees may retrieve materials from will-call if the Material Handler is behind (see Tier Allowances). Ensure received goods are properly identified and staged for manufacturing, rebuild, or routing to other departments within the company. Review production schedules to determine when kitted job carts need to be prepared and distributed to the shop floor. Ensure job carts are accurate and contain all required parts. BOMs for jobs must be signed off when job carts are distributed. Return completed job carts to the warehouse after jobs leave the test department. Document and return leftover materials to inventory and communicate with buyers regarding supplier returns. Ensure inventory and materials are stored in an organized and accessible manner. Coordinate the salvage of damaged or previously used materials. Operate forklifts to move or hoist shipments from the warehouse to storage areas or other designated locations. Communicate with appropriate department heads to coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities with production, sales, and other company functions. Coordinate weekly scheduled review meetings focused on planning and continuous improvement. Maintain clear communication with Project Managers regarding the kitting of materials for job carts. Oversee the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of warehouse areas. Assist with cycle counts and ongoing inventory maintenance. Tools and Equipment Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and hoists when moving, unloading, or loading materials. Operate miscellaneous hand tools as required. Properly care for and maintain tools to ensure they remain in good operating condition. Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored at the end of each shift. Other Duties Maintain regular and consistent job attendance. Follow and support IE Core Values. Follow and comply with IE's safety program and established safety guidelines.
