$100-110k DOE Position Summary Revolutional is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). This position is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory control, packaging, shipping, and lifecycle tracking of sensitive technical equipment supporting nationwide law enforcement operations. The successful candidate will ensure government-furnished equipment (GFE) and contractor-acquired property are accurately tracked from receipt through deployment and return while maintaining complete inventory accountability and documentation. This individual will work closely with technical staff, field personnel, vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure mission-critical equipment is available where and when it is needed. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming equipment and supplies. Maintain accurate warehouse inventory using electronic asset management systems and Microsoft Excel. Package and ship sensitive technical equipment to HSI field offices across the United States. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with commercial carriers and government shipping systems. Track shipments from origin through delivery and proactively resolve shipping issues. Maintain complete chain-of-custody documentation for all accountable equipment. Perform routine inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate equipment returns, repairs, replacements, and warranty actions. Prepare shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and asset transfer forms. Organize warehouse storage to maximize efficiency while protecting sensitive equipment. Support annual government property inventories and audits. Assist with forecasting supply requirements and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Coordinate with program management and technical teams regarding equipment availability and deployment schedules. Ensure compliance with DHS property management policies and security procedures. Maintain clean, organized, and secure warehouse operations. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain coordination. Experience shipping technical or IT equipment. Knowledge of inventory control principles and asset accountability. Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a federal government contract. Experience with DHS, ICE, CBP, DOJ, or other federal law enforcement agencies. Familiarity with government property management procedures. Experience using inventory management or ERP systems. Experience supporting technical equipment deployments. Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one. OSHA warehouse safety or forklift certification (preferred but not required).
