Overview AeroSource Aircraft Parts & Services, LLC, is seeking an Aircraft Parts Sales & Logistics Specialist for our Manassas, Virginia, location. We are a growing aviation parts and equipment company specializing in: Expendable and rotable aircraft parts Aircraft tooling and test equipment Ground support equipment Tooling and equipment rentals Aircraft parts sales and exchanges We are seeking a motivated, organized professional to support our sales, inventory, and logistics operations. Duties Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries about aircraft parts, tooling, and equipment Prepare quotes and process orders Support parts sales and customer follow-up Communicate professionally with customers and vendors Help identify and market excess inventory Inventory and Parts Management Receive, inspect, identify, tag, and stock incoming parts Maintain accurate inventory records Ensure proper parts traceability and documentation Track rotable exchanges, customer cores, and rental equipment Assist with physical inventory counts and organization Shipping and Logistics Pick, package, and ship customer orders Prepare packing slips and shipping documents Coordinate UPS, FedEx, freight, and other shipping requirements Maintain a clean, organized parts and shipping area Qualifications Experience in aircraft parts, aviation, warehousing, logistics, or sales preferred Familiarity with aircraft parts terminology and documentation preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with inventory and business software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional customer and vendor communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a small, growing team Experience with King Air, Citation, or other business aviation parts is especially valuable.

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
