ROLE OVERVIEW

The Delivery Driver & Fulfillment Helper supports daily fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and transportation operations to ensure materials and finished goods are accurately processed, safely handled, and delivered on time. This role includes order preparation, kitting, packaging, loading and unloading, inventory support, receiving, documentation, and operating company vehicles for assigned deliveries and pickups. Driving assignments may include local, regional, and interstate travel based on business needs. The employee may operate standard company delivery vehicles and, as applicable, Department of Transportation (DOT)-regulated non-Commercial Driver's License (CDL) vehicles. When assigned to operate a DOT-regulated vehicle, the employee must meet all applicable DOT driver qualifications and compliance requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivery Driver Operate company vehicles for assigned deliveries and pickups, including local, regional, and interstate travel as business needs require. Operate a DOT-regulated non-CDL vehicle when assigned and comply with applicable DOT driver qualification, documentation, inspection, and transportation requirements. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload materials; complete required delivery documentation and obtain signatures as necessary. Perform required vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance, mechanical, or safety concerns. Follow company safety policies, SOPs, and established procedures, including the safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as trained and authorized. Maintain clean, safe, and organized fulfillment, shipping, receiving, storage, and vehicle areas. Work collaboratively across departments, communicate issues or delays to leadership, and adapt between fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and delivery responsibilities based on daily business needs. Represent Conquest Graphics professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and other external partners. Fulfillment Operations Support daily fulfillment, shipping, and receiving operations to ensure orders and materials are processed accurately and on time. Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory; verify incoming and outgoing shipments and report discrepancies or damage. Prepare and process shipments using applicable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, in accordance with company and customer requirements. Load, unload, move, and stage materials safely; assist with inventory tracking and cycle counts as needed

Support timely completion of fulfillment work, outbound shipments, deliveries, and pickups.

Measured By:

Job completion records, shipping logs, delivery records, and adherence to scheduled deadlines.

Order & Shipment Accuracy Target:

Ensure orders are assembled, packed, labeled, documented, and delivered accurately.

Measured By:

Shipment audits, fulfillment errors, shipping corrections, discrepancy reports, and customer-reported issues.

Receiving & Inventory Accuracy Target:

Accurately receive, organize, and handle incoming materials and inventory.

Measured By:

Receiving documentation, inventory records, cycle count results, discrepancy reports, and supervisor audits.

Safety & Compliance Target:

Perform warehouse, material-handling, and driving responsibilities in accordance with company safety policies and applicable transportation and DOT requirements.

Measured By:

Safety observations, incident reports, vehicle inspection records, training completion records, and applicable compliance documentation.

Productivity & Reliability Target:

Consistently meet daily workload requirements across assigned fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and delivery responsibilities while maintaining reliable attendance.

Measured By:

Daily workload completion, attendance records, and supervisor evaluations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to safely operate standard company delivery vehicles and, as applicable, a DOT-regulated box truck that does not require a CDL. Ability to meet applicable DOT driver qualification requirements when assigned to operate a DOT-regulated company vehicle. Basic knowledge of fulfillment, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations and shipping platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS,. Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment or willingness to be trained. Ability to follow established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Dependable, organized, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE 0-2

years of experience in fulfillment, shipping, receiving, delivery, logistics, warehouse, or related operations preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required. Previous delivery driving experience preferred. Forklift experience or certification preferred, or willingness to obtain. Manufacturing, production, or print environment experience a plus. CDL is not required.

ADA ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday, including up to 8-10 hours as operational needs require. Frequently required to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach overhead. Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently. Ability to safely load and unload materials from company vehicles. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate packaging tools, scanners, labeling equipment, material-handling equipment, and vehicle controls. Visual and auditory ability sufficient to read documentation and road signage, operate vehicles safely, use computer systems, hear alarms, and communicate effectively. Ability to safely operate company vehicles for assigned deliveries and pickups, including local, regional, and interstate travel as assigned. Ability to work a standard full-time schedule, including overtime as required. On-site presence and travel are required to perform essential job functions.

Pay:
