Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dock Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the Pm outbound operations, ensuring that materials are handled efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate XRAY and computer equipment, scanning, processing, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other heavy equipment. Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently. Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and shipments. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards during all operations. Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against packing lists. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dock area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred. Experience with shipping processes is highly desirable. Knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices. Ability to operate computers similar equipment safely. This involves shipment processing, scanning, imaging, inspection Commitment to adhering to safety protocols, including OSHA standards.
