Axiom Staffing Group is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing facility in Winchester! If you have experience in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, or working with drivers/carriers, this could be a great opportunity to put your experience to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement of inbound and outbound trailers. Process and verify inbound wood trailers. Record trailer weights upon arrival. Inspect trailers and coordinate maintenance when needed. Review driver paperwork and report discrepancies. Coordinate the daily movement of trailers to the plant. Monitor trailer usage and help improve fleet efficiency. Maintain accurate records and communicate with drivers, carriers, and internal teams. Follow all safety procedures and help maintain an organized fleet yard.

Hours:

7:00pm - 7:00am, 2-2-3 schedule

Pay:

$21.50/hr

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-5 years of logistics, transportation, or fleet experience. Experience with JD Edwards or another ERP system preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
