Job Description
Manage manufacturing and fulfillment capacity to support global cloud expansion effectively. Design and develop strategies and capabilities for new product operations, enhancing their scalability and use. Establish key performance indicators and drive cross-organizational communication to improve efficiency and transparency. Acts as a strategic advisor and key liaison between teams and senior leadership. Engages stakeholders, including senior leaders, to align on strategic objectives and initiatives. Provides status updates, proposing recommendations for change, and influences critical stake holders for decisions needed. Leads and cultivates a culture of continuous process improvements. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 8+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 6+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR equivalent experience Experience in cloud hardware manufacturing and fulfillment. Expertise in strategy development and performance management. Skilled in optimizing supply chain processes to achieve operational excellence.
