Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within our warehouse. Your expertise in warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping logistics will ensure seamless order fulfillment and stock control. Job Responsibilities and Duties Receives raw materials and products, records information for their receipt, and delivers them to teams within the organization. Reviews daily shipment log and prepares shipments for delivery. Coordinates with shipping companies and internal project managers for product pickup. Loads material onto trucks. Records documentation in company systems. Prepare completed products for shipment by palletizing, wrapping, protecting, strapping, and weighing, and storing products for shipment. Loads and delivers product to local customers. Organizes shipping outflow area for optimal spacing and access. Purchase and pickup local products from suppliers. Performs various factory support functions such as managing waste, packaging material inventory, recycling programs, and other important processes. Communicate with coworkers and supervision about task status and process needs Job Skills and Qualifications Demonstrated attention to detail and quality. Proven track record of anticipating needs before they arise. A work history demonstrating the ability and success to work independently. Must have a service-orientated mindset. Friendly and positive interaction with customers, delivery personnel, colleagues, and visitors. Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures General computer skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Ability to drive forklifts and use power tools to complete required tasks. Pay:
