Job Description

Auburn Ridge is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinetry and millwork for residential builders. We're looking for a dependable Receiving Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating a forklift, and keeping materials organized, this could be a great fit. In this role, you'll receive deliveries, inspect incoming materials, maintain inventory, and ensure our production team has the materials they need to keep projects moving. Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay + benefits (health, dental, PTO, and more) Birthday off, plus access to on-site chiropractic and massage therapy services Day shift schedule - no nights or weekends Paid training Team-oriented, supportive environment with growth potential What You'll Do Receiving & Inventory Receive and unload vendor deliveries using a forklift Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and accuracy Label, stock, organize, and rotate inventory Process daily receiving transactions in Global Shop Solutions (GSS) Communicate material discrepancies with the Purchasing team Warehouse & Production Support Stage materials for production departments Coordinate daily material transfers between company locations Assist with inventory cycle counts Complete receiving paperwork and submit documentation to Accounting Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Previous forklift experience required Ability to read and use a tape measure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and strong communication skills Experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus Ability to frequently lift 50-100 pounds throughout the workday Auburn Ridge/Marshall Towne Millwork is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
