This is your opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team, collaborate across departments, and help deliver high-quality products to our customers--on time, every time.
What You'll Do:
Creating and maintaining daily and weekly production schedules using JDE planning systems Balancing inventory levels with warehouse capacity to meet demand while controlling costs Reviewing sales trends and inventory data to forecast raw material needs Partnering with S&OP, warehouse, and facility teams to align on inventory targets Tracking key performance metrics such as production adherence and yield Communicating with customer service and facility teams to address issues and ensure satisfaction Supporting promotional planning and managing schedule changes proactively Collaborating across departments to keep operations running efficiently Traveling to other locations for training and development opportunities, as needed Keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do

What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and three (3+) years of relevant professional experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates who do not possess a bachelor's degree may qualify with eleven (11) years of relevant supply chain, planning, purchasing, or related experience. Strong experience with ERP systems (MPS, MRP, DRP) Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills and high comfort working with data Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsThe ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organizationA proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement APICS certification preferred Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
