Job Summary Inventory Analyst Are you passionate about inventory optimization, data analysis, and supply chain operations? We are seeking an Inventory Analyst to support inventory planning and material management for a growing renewable energy fleet. In this role, you'll partner with procurement, operations, and site teams to improve inventory accuracy, optimize replenishment strategies, support ERP master data, and drive process improvements across multiple facilities. What You'll Do Improve inventory management processes Analyze inventory data and trends Support ERP master data integrity Coordinate inventory replenishment strategies Assist with KPI reporting and analytics Support new site onboarding initiatives What We're Looking For Inventory, supply chain, or logistics experience ERP system knowledge Strong analytical and Excel skills Organized, detail-oriented professional Excellent communication abilities What You'll Gain Exposure to renewable energy operations Cross-functional collaboration opportunities Career growth within supply chain and inventory management Opportunity to influence business processes Job Skills ERP inventory management knowledge Supply chain and inventory optimization Data analysis and reporting skills Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint Warehouse management best practices Inventory replenishment strategies Cross-functional collaboration Strong organization and attention to detail SAP S/4HANA and Ariba preferred Job Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Relevant experience may substitute for degree High School Diploma/GED required Job Responsibilities Serve as Material Master data SME Maintain and improve inventory processes Optimize replenishment strategies Support inventory data cleanup projects Coordinate ERP master data updates Resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain reporting standards and KPIs Support new site onboarding and training Manage source lists and purchasing records Support centralized inventory initiatives Job Requirements 1+ years of inventory experience preferred ERP inventory management experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of warehouse operations Effective communication skills Ability to work independently Renewable energy experience preferred Job Experience Inventory management experience Supply chain, materials, logistics, or procurement exposure ERP system experience preferred Renewable energy industry experience a plus
