Job Description

The Inventory Administrator oversees our portfolio and unit count, analyzes our vacancy and works with Leadership, Sales, and Operations to determine the desired unit count each month. The Inventory Administrator also builds a relationship with Property Management and negotiates rates and services. The Inventory Administrator is a direct line of support to inside and outside sales as it relates to inventory and business development & management. Is responsible for identifying market trending and positioning the inventory as it relates to pipeline increases and slowdowns. The Inventory Administrator will likewise work directly with Supply Chain to develop and improve partnerships and to precure options for inventory requests.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
  • Be the point of contact and administrator of the inventory for SilverDoor
  • Find inventory with current partners and secure it as needed
  • Submit applications and payment requests as needed to secure inventory
  • Build inventory in operating system.
  • Audit new inventory for consistency and accuracy
  • Compile and maintain monthly data (inventory, occupancy, ADR, revenue)
  • Compile Daily Revenue Pace Report data by market
  • Compile Weekly KPI stats by market
  • Compile month end reporting by market.
  • Awareness of weekly reservation activity data by market
  • Organize workload and be adaptable to changes in process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient in Excel including functions and lookups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to build rapport while being a firm negotiator
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the same field.
Hospitality background is a plus.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
