About the RoleRobert Half is seeking a data-driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst for a contract opportunity with a growing organization in Hamden, Connecticut. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and developing recommendations that improve supply chain performance and efficiency.

The Supply Chain Analyst will support inventory management, forecasting, procurement, and logistics operations by providing actionable insights and reporting to key stakeholders.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvementDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metricsMonitor inventory levels and assist with demand planning and forecasting activitiesEvaluate supply chain processes and recommend operational improvementsTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, fulfillment, purchasing, and transportationCollaborate with purchasing, operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to support business objectivesAssist with inventory accuracy initiatives and cycle count analysisInvestigate supply chain discrepancies and recommend corrective actionsPrepare ad hoc analyses and reports for managementSupport continuous improvement projects and strategic supply chain initiatives
