This role will be responsible for the dispensing, tracking, storage, inventory management, and shipment of reagents and laboratory materials used to support bioanalytical research and nonclinical and clinical studies. Located in Ridgefield, CT 1 year contract 1st shift

Pay:

$24-27/hour Key Responsibilities Fulfill material dispensing requests and maintain accurate inventory records for reagents, reference standards, biological matrices, and other laboratory materials. Support freezer organization, space management, and periodic inventory verification activities. Maintain inventory databases, spreadsheets, and electronic tracking systems. Coordinate domestic and international shipments of reagents, biological materials, reference standards, and other laboratory materials. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, documentation, and regulatory compliance for laboratory shipments. Maintain shipment records, tracking information, and related databases. Complete shipping documentation and assist with applications and renewals for permits related to the shipment and clearance of reference standards and biological materials. Communicate with internal laboratory teams and external vendors regarding dispensing requests, shipment status, and logistics requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Perform all work in compliance with applicable regulations, SOPs, safety requirements, and company policies. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and shipment of laboratory materials. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively address urgent requests and operational challenges. Support additional laboratory operations as needed, including equipment maintenance and freezer management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related scientific or technical discipline. Experience working in a laboratory, inventory management, logistics, or operational support environment. Previous experience with laboratory inventory management. Experience using inventory tracking systems or laboratory software. Familiarity with handling and shipping laboratory materials, biological materials, or reference standards. Experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or laboratory environment.

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
