GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining an accurate inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment. This position ensures materials are properly identified, stored, and readily available to support production, engineering, and other departments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Fulfill internal material requests accurately and in a timely manner Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as scheduled. Receive, inspect, and route incoming materials to designated stockroom areas. Maintain material storage areas in accordance with ESD, FOD, and safety standards. Pick and issue materials, hardware, tooling and components to internal customers based on work orders or requests Assemble and prepare kits for production or projects, ensuring all components are included and properly labeled Replenish stock items (kanban) as needed to support ongoing operations. Assist with packaging, labeling, and routing materials to appropriate departments or workstations Perform daily warehouse housekeeping, stock verification, and inventory maintenance using the company ERP system and scanners. Identify, report, and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, damaged items, or shortages. Examine and inspect stock items for wear, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100% of time; less

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in stockroom, warehouse, or materials handling preferred (training available). Experience using ERP systems for inventory or materials management is preferred.
