Updated 09/07/2026 Job Description Job Summary DPP is seeking a Material Handler I for an opportunity with our client in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing industry. Work location: Onsite in Melbourne, FL
Duration:
3 months
Shift:
7:00AM-4:30PM
Terms:
W2 Contract Work authorization: US Citizen
Responsibilities:
Support material movement activities throughout the facility. Pick, kit, and stage materials for production operations. Deliver materials to internal customers and manufacturing areas. Assist with shipping and receiving activities. Perform inventory transactions and material tracking activities. Load, unload, and transport materials using approved equipment. Maintain material accuracy and organization within warehouse locations. Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Required Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials throughout the day. Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, logistics, military, manufacturing, retail, or material handling experience is helpful but not required. Experience with forklift operations. Understanding of health and safety standards. SAP ERP experience. Interested?
