Job Description

Melbourne company is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst. Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Analyst will include, but not limited to the following.
  • Own and maintain procurement reporting, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI and related tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Develop and manage recurring reporting that tracks purchasing activity, variances, and compliance with established processes
  • Partner closely with IT and Finance teams to improve data quality, reporting automation, and system controls for purchasing and inventory
  • Support and help operate the Supply Chain governance framework, reviewing key metrics, exceptions, and performance trends
  • Identify process gaps, recurring compliance issues, and operational risks, escalating findings and supporting corrective actions
  • Track adherence to Supply Chain policies and proactively identify individuals or locations requiring additional training or reinforcement
  • Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to support rollout of updated policies, procedures, and process improvements
  • Utilize data trends and analytics to proactively flag retraining opportunities or areas requiring process clarification
  • Help document operational processes, internal controls, and standard work to strengthen consistency across the organization
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership, providing insight into purchasing and inventory performance
  • Support enterprise initiatives focused on cost control, operational efficiency, and margin improvement
