We are looking for an ambitious Supply Chain Analyst to join our lean and high performing Supply Chain team. This is a position out of our company headquarters in Lawrenceville, GA. The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in supply chain management, data analysis, and process improvement to optimize inventory levels, enhance forecasting accuracy, and streamline logistics processes. Your proactive approach will support cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our supply chain remains agile, efficient, and responsive to business needs. As our Senior Supply Chain analyst, you will take on a variety of hands-on responsibilities with many opportunities to fully own and lead existing and new projects. This is the role for you, if you are driven and are interested in actively working in every part of the supply chain function.
What You Will Do Own Purchasing and Procurement:
You will use existing Google Spreadsheet models and data in Netsuite ERP to place POs for all inventory we stock and sell, including vehicles, parts, and accessories. Track PO Fulfillment Progress with
Suppliers:
You will track placed POs and communicate with our suppliers to ensure POs are shipped on time. Coordinate Inbound Logistics with
Freight Forwarders:
You will review biweekly container rates, transit times, and existing inventory levels to determine to book ocean and air freight. Work with Customs Broker on
Customs Clearance:
You will work with our customs broker to clear customs and respond to US customs requests.
Manage Vendor Performance:
You will set up performance dashboards for Suppliers, track and manage their performance.
Analyze Supply Chain, Inventory, and Operations Data:
You will use mathematical methods, spreadsheets, scripting, and AI to analyze data across the supply chain and operations function to assist managers with making data driven decisions.
New Supply Chain and Vendor Evaluation:
You will work with the CEO to establish resilient Supply Chain options in ex-China countries
Identify and Implement Cost Saving Measures:
You will identify opportunities to save costs from packaging, to form factor, to shipping and implement them. Collaborate with
Internal Stakeholders:
Work closely with our Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, and Parts Manager to ensure the supply chain from inbound to inventory to outbound is smooth and efficient. Work directly with the executive and management team to identify solutions for urgent supply chain needs and new product launches. Communicate Updates to
Internal Stakeholders:
You will provide progress updates on important POs to internal stakeholders to ensure they have real-time visibility on estimated delivery dates. Outcomes You Are Expected to Deliver 99% in-stock rate while maintaining efficient use of working capital and avoiding overstocking Keeping inbound shipping cost at or below industry average 90% satisfaction score from semiannual internal stakeholder surveys Same day or next-day morning updates on all inbound email requests Adhere to Sunright's core values of Accountability, Communication, Excellence, and Speed Who You Are Fiercely Self-Motivated Quick Learner Extremely Strong Work Ethic Exceptional Communicator Time Sensitive Analytical and Data Driven High Standard for Excellence Skills Extensive experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with Netsuite a plus. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles such as demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and production planning. Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies like Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen events, and lean management practices. Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros) and quantitative analysis techniques. Familiarity with logistics inventory management systems and tools used for inventory demand forecasting and inventory control. Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through execution while managing multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization. Ability to perform root cause analysis on complex issues within the supply chain environment and develop sustainable solutions.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
