Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Regional Coordinator Planners to join our team in Oahu Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plans and directs the logistical functions of organizational units, overseeing resource distribution and supply chain management. Monitor the performance of logistics systems and implement organizational policies to achieve operational goals for asset allocation. Oversee the documentation of logistical activities and prepare detailed Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination. Manages the execution of logistics planning tasks and theater distribution analysis for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR. Evaluate regional Logistics Status Reports to prioritize resource movements and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets. Lead the coordination of cross-functional Planning Teams to resolve critical operational bottlenecks affecting theaterwide readiness. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Senior Level Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical logistics protocols. Midlevel Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification or a related field. Experience with Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations. Knowledge of MIL-STD logistics and force protection protocols within a regional context.

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
