Camp H M Smith, HI Job Details Full-time 5 hours ago Qualifications Confidential Clearance Bachelor's degree Full Job Description MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Movement Control Supervisor to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Validates and monitors the flow of work and materials within and between organizational departments according to established schedules. Coordinate with subordinate supervisors to determine the progress of transportation tasks and resolve distribution bottlenecks. Approve reports regarding inventory levels, costs, and production problems within the logistical chain. Oversees the daily execution of movement control tasks at the regional hub to maintain persistent asset visibility. Coordinate the integration of land, sea, and air assets to meet mission-critical delivery requirements for expeditionary forces. Validate the accuracy of manifest data and transportation records to support command-level logistics reporting. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field 10+ years of position-relevant experience Professional-level certification in transportation or logistics.
Preferred Qualifications:
12+ years of position-relevant experience; Experience managing port or airfield operations in an expeditionary environment Proficiency in data analytics for supply chain optimization.

Must hold an active

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
