12-month contract, W2 Expected hours per week: up to 50 hours per week

Schedule:

Onsite, 9pm-5:30am,

Monday-Friday Pay Range:

$35.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Management / Operations Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by ensuring production materials are available when and where they are needed. This individual will work closely with Operations and Supply Management teams, utilizing SAP and inventory management systems to coordinate material flow, monitor inventory levels, and support production schedules. Key Responsibilities Manage material availability to support production schedules and manufacturing demands. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of direct materials to production work centers. Utilize SAP or similar MRP/ERP systems to plan, schedule, and track materials. Coordinate with Operations, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material shortages and inventory concerns. Analyze inventory and supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Support inventory control, scheduling, and replenishment activities. Track production requirements and ensure material readiness to prevent manufacturing disruptions. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to support operational objectives and customer service expectations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and material flow performance. Required Qualifications Experience in Supply Management, Operations, Materials Planning, Inventory Control, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and inventory management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Previous or current military experience. Experience with SAP or similar MRP/ERP systems. Background in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or materials planning. Desired Attributes Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven. Self-starter with strong critical thinking skills.
