Now Hiring:
Logistics Analyst We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support prototype, pilot, and new product introduction (NPI) programs by ensuring critical materials are available to meet aggressive development and launch timelines. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of product development and supply chain execution while partnering with engineering, procurement, logistics, and supplier teams.

$24 - $26 am hr
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, First Shift (7:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

Month Contract Work Arrangement:
100% Onsite Key Responsibilities Track and manage materials required for prototype and pilot builds. Monitor critical material orders and proactively resolve supplier delays, shortages, and supply constraints. Create and maintain inventory and material status reports for stakeholders. Communicate material risks, supplier commitments, and schedule impacts to cross-functional teams. Partner with suppliers, engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to support build schedules and program milestones. Escalate critical supply chain issues and assist with mitigation and recovery plans. Support program reviews with supply chain updates, reporting, and risk assessments. Identify opportunities to improve material visibility, reporting accuracy, and overall supply chain performance. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, materials management, manufacturing, logistics, engineering support, or operations management; OR Associate's Degree in a related field; OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Preferred Skills Material Planning & Inventory Management Supply Chain Risk Management Cross-Functional Communication & Stakeholder Management Experience supporting prototype, pilot, or NPI programs Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, and material planning Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Advanced Excel, reporting, and analytical skills #INDEPI #LI-JD1
