Job Description
Walser Automotive Group Full-Time Base $55,000 + Performance Incentive Southeast Twin Cities Metro, MN Build Your Career in Automotive Inventory Strategy at Walser We're hiring for growth and adding New Vehicle Analysts to our support team. Your journey begins with a paid, multi-week Training Program at our corporate headquarters and flagship dealership, Walser Toyota. You'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship designed to set you up for long-term success in automotive retail. Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be placed at one of our high-performing Walser dealerships throughout the southwest metro, where you'll continue building your career with one of the region's fastest-growing automotive groups.
At Walser, we're committed to investing in our people. We foster a culture built on family, career growth, diversity, and opportunity. With multiple award-winning brands and dealerships, there's never been a better time to join a team that's developing the next generation of analytical talent in automotive retail. Who We're Looking For If you're the person who builds the spreadsheet nobody asked for because you saw a pattern in the numbers, keep reading. This role is for someone analytical who wants their work to actually move something. You don't need automotive experience. We've hired strong analysts out of retail buying and merchandising, supply chain and logistics, pricing and category management, e-commerce inventory, and finance. What those backgrounds have in common is what matters here: comfort living in data, the judgment to know which numbers mean something, and the confidence to make a call and defend it. We've also promoted people into this role from inside our stores — if you're on the floor or in the desk and the inventory side is the part you actually like, this is the path. What we can't teach is the analytical instinct. That's what we're hiring for, and it's why we don't require an automotive background. The Opportunity You own the inventory strategy for your assigned stores. Not the paperwork behind someone else's decisions — the actual decisions. That means deciding what we stock, what we price where, what we move and when, and how we position against the competition in our market.
