    • Job Responsibilities:
    • Read and interpret route sheets, work instructions, and blueprints.
    • Apply adhesives and sealants using the proper tools and equipment.
    • Operate conveyor machinery to load and process panels.
    • Perform quality inspections according to IPC standards.
    • Enter, track, and move work orders using the Paradigm system.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Cross-train in multiple production areas and develop new skills.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
    • Work toward becoming a Certified Operator.

    • $20.00 - $22.50 per hour

    • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, MN.
    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $20.
    00 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
