In this role, you'll be at the center of critical material and purchasing decisions—using data, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the right materials are available at the right cost and at the right time. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy solving complex problems, this is an opportunity to make your expertise count. What You'll Do As a Materials Analyst, you will: +
  • Validate quotes and support purchase orders:
  • Review supplier quotes against customer Purchase Orders (POs) to confirm pricing accuracy and compliance. Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving supplier invoices and receipts. +
  • Maintain material master data:
  • Own the integrity of the Item Master file, ensuring material information remains accurate, complete, and updated on a quarterly basis. +
  • Analyze BOM costs:
  • Review Bills of Material (BOMs) for cost competitiveness and work closely with Engineering, Program Management, and Commodity Management to validate costed BOMs and ensure alignment with market conditions. +
  • Support purchasing and procurement:
  • Review manufacturing demand for parts and supplies, verify requisitions, prepare or recommend purchase orders, and monitor material availability to help optimize inventory investment. +
  • Manage supplier relationships:
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding material availability, pricing, shipping, and delivery schedules. Support supplier performance reviews and provide recommendations regarding supplier changes or disqualification when appropriate. +
  • Analyze performance metrics:
  • Consolidate, tabulate, and analyze supplier commitments and performance data to provide meaningful insight into procurement status and supplier effectiveness. +
  • Coordinate across teams:
  • Participate in kick-off meetings and collaborate with site SCM buying teams, Commodity Management, Engineering, Finance, Program Management, and financial cost engineers to support bids and resolve serviceability or performance issues. +
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance:
  • Perform regular cost-variance audits to confirm procurement activities remain aligned with financial targets and regional strategic policies. +
  • Adapt to evolving business needs:
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required by the department and business environment. What You Bring Required Qualifications + Strong analytical skills with the ability to

  • Pay Details:
  • $30.
